At Carrow Insurance, Ronan leverages his deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and stakeholder management expertise to deliver exceptional service to brokers and partners.

He is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion committee at the Compliance Institute of Ireland, and sits on the Board of Care Alliance Ireland, a registered charity.

As Business Development Underwriter, Matt drives Carrow’s underwriting strategy and portfolio management while delivering expert insights and enhanced service to market partners. With over 30 years of experience across MGAs and direct insurers, he has consistently delivered profitable underwriting results in both Personal and Commercial lines. His most recent role as Head of Underwriting at Euro Insurances DAC showcases his mastery in managing complex portfolios.

With deep experience in specialised insurance markets, Matt brings proven expertise in underwriting strategy, portfolio management, and analytics. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a substantial premium portfolio spanning 14 product lines across 20 European countries, demonstrating his ability to navigate diverse markets and regulatory environments.

As Senior Accident and Health Underwriter, Paul leads Carrow’s A&H offerings in the UK market, providing expert insights and enhanced service to market partners. With over 20 years of experience across Lloyd’s, MGAs and direct insurers, he has consistently delivered profitable underwriting results in this sector.

Previously, Paul developed an extensive suite of A&H products, including Personal Accident, Sickness, Business Travel, and wellbeing solutions for large multinational clients. He also brings significant portfolio management experience for Corporate, Affinity, Schemes, and Employee Benefits for multinational clients across Europe.

Suchitra brings over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role as a Cross Class Underwriter. With a background spanning both reinsurance and insurance sectors, she possesses a diverse skill set in underwriting various product lines.

Kelly leads all aspects of financial strategy, reporting and compliance across Mission’s UK and European operations. A seasoned financial executive wit h 25+ years in insurance and financial ser vices, Kelly star ted her career at PWC. She progressed through key roles including Finance Director at a Lloyds Insurance Broker, where she managed financial operations across 10 worldwide subsidiaries, and Associate Director at Grant Thornton UK LLP, specialising in financial due diligence for insurance and wealth management.

As Client Relationship Director at Carrow, Tim serves as the primary liaison between the company and Mission Underwriter’s supporting functions, including the digital team, vendors, finance, compliance, marketing, human capital and the client services team. Tim brings 20 years of insurance industry expertise to this role, as well as 5 years as a consultant.

Derah McCall FCIM, provides comprehensive marketing services to Carrow through her role as Marketing Director at Mission Underwriters. With over two decades of insurance marketing expertise, she delivers strategic brand development, digital marketing, and content creation. Derah works closely with Carrow to define objectives and implement tailored strategies that drive measurable results.

Angela Panuccio provides strategic communications services to Carrow through her role at Mission Underwriters. Leveraging her in-house management and agency background to develop effective content and PR strategies, Angela brings over twenty years of B2B communications experience to this role.

Megan Simpson is Senior Marketing Executive with over five years of experience in insurance marketing, specialising in event planning and management. She leads the coordination and execution of key industry events for Carrow through her role at Mission Underwriters while playing a key role in shaping brand strategy and ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing and content collateral.

Patrice is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving as Client Services & Delivery Manager for Carrow. In her role, she leads both onshore and offshore teams, providing comprehensive operational support across all Mission Series. Patrice oversees the delivery of a wide range of services, including policy administration, credit control, delegated authority, and broker/agency management. Patrice’s deep knowledge of the insurance sector enables her to recruit and develop highly skilled team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services with exceptional turnaround times. Her leadership continues to drive excellence and efficiency across the teams she oversees.
